Terms of Service

By using the Site or booking any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book services. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on the Site with the most recent Effective Date governs. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Organic Origins is a therapeutic spa offering massage, skincare, body treatments, and related wellness services at our Boise, Idaho location. The Site allows you to browse services, packages, enhancements, add-ons, and memberships, and to book appointments through our third-party booking provider (Boulevard). Service availability, providers, durations, and pricing may change without notice.

Appointments may be booked online through our booking provider or by phone. When you book, you agree to provide accurate information and to arrive on time. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment. Certain services are available by phone booking only, as indicated on the Site.

We understand that plans can change and you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. To avoid any charge, a full 24 hours' notice must be given by calling Organic Origins Spa or by canceling through our website or app. A charge of 50% of the service price applies to same-day cancellations made with 3 or more hours' notice. A charge of 100% of the service price applies to same-day cancellations made with less than 3 hours' notice, and to no-call, no-shows. Your therapist reserves this time specifically for you. Applicable fees may be charged to your card on file or applied against your membership credit. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment so that following guests are not delayed, with the full service price still applying.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Prices displayed on the Site are estimates of in-spa pricing; the price charged at the time of service or checkout governs. Payment is processed through our booking and point-of-sale providers. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for services, products, applicable taxes, gratuities (if elected), and any cancellation or no-show fees permitted under these Terms. For groups, a 20% gratuity is automatically added to all bookings for parties of 3 or more guests.

The Origins Wellness Membership is a recurring monthly membership billed at $99 per month. By enrolling, you authorize us (through our payment provider) to automatically charge your payment method on file $99 each month until you cancel. Membership benefits, including discounted service pricing, a monthly banked credit that rolls over while your membership is active, and priority booking, apply only while your membership is active and in good standing.

Auto-renewal and cancellation. Your membership renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time by providing at least 3 business days' notice before your next billing date; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Monthly fees already charged are non-refundable. Any wellness credits you have accrued remain available for one year from your date of cancellation, after which any unused credits will expire.

Freeze or pause. You may pause your membership once every rolling 12 months for up to 3 months. A new pause may not begin within 12 months of the start of the previous pause. Submit your request at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Billing and credit accrual pause during the freeze and resume automatically on the resume date, and previously banked credit is retained and may still be redeemed. We may change membership pricing or benefits with reasonable advance notice.

Gift cards may be purchased through the Site (via our gift card provider). Gift cards are redeemable toward services and, where applicable, retail products at Organic Origins. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase and to applicable Idaho law regarding expiration and dormancy.

Our services are intended for relaxation, therapeutic, and general wellness purposes and are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Our practitioners do not diagnose illness or prescribe treatment. You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, injuries, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, or medications that may affect your treatment, and for consulting your physician where appropriate. We reserve the right to decline or modify any service for health, safety, or professional reasons. Individual results are not guaranteed.

We use organic and clean products in our treatments; our massage oils, lotions, and balms are organic, and our skincare is selected for clean, high-quality formulations. Ingredients vary by product and service. While we take care to use thoughtfully sourced products, we cannot guarantee that any product or environment is free from nuts or other allergens. If you have an allergy or sensitivity, you must inform us before your service.

Our spa is a space of calm and respect. Any inappropriate, threatening, or disruptive behavior, including any request for services we do not offer, will result in immediate termination of the appointment with no refund and may be reported to authorities. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Guests must be at least 13 years old to receive services. Services for minors, both massage and facials, require a consent form signed in person by a parent or legal guardian before any service is provided, and are subject to our minor policy.

For ages 13 to 15, a parent or legal guardian must remain in the treatment room for the entire session and be present at check-in, with no exceptions.

For ages 16 to 17, a parent or legal guardian must sign the minor consent form and, for the first visit, complete a brief consultation with the provider to review the minor's medical history. After that, the minor may be treated with the provider in the room without a guardian present.

All minors are booked with a same-gender provider, with no exceptions, and provider participation in minor services is optional. The provider determines which services and products are appropriate for the guest.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and the marks "Organic Origins Therapeutic Massage" and "Organic Origins Spa," is owned by or licensed to Bon Vivant, LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The Site relies on and may link to third-party services, including our booking provider (Boulevard) and gift card and payment processors. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or services.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information on the Site (including pricing) is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bon Vivant, LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bon Vivant, LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Site or services or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information. Please review it for details, including how we handle booking, membership, and contact information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Idaho.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site with an updated Effective Date. Material changes will be effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
