Privacy Policy

We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information collected automatically, and information we receive from trusted service providers.

Information you provide directly, for example when you book an appointment, purchase a membership or gift card, or contact us:

• Contact details such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Appointment and service details, including services selected, preferences, and scheduling.
• Health and wellness intake information you choose to share so we can provide safe, appropriate treatment (for example allergies, sensitivities, injuries, pregnancy, or conditions relevant to a service).
• Membership and purchase information, including your Origins Wellness Membership status and history.
• Payment information, which is collected and processed by our payment and booking providers. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• The content of messages you send us by email.

Information collected automatically when you visit the Site:

• Device and browser information, IP address, and general location.
• Usage information such as pages viewed, links clicked, and time on the Site.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookies section below).

Information from service providers, such as our booking provider (Boulevard) and payment and gift card processors, which share limited information with us to complete your bookings and purchases.

We use your information to operate our business and serve you, including to: book and manage appointments; provide services safely and tailor them to your needs; process payments, memberships, and gift cards; respond to your questions; send booking confirmations, reminders, and service-related messages; send marketing or promotional communications where you have opted in; improve and secure the Site and our services; and comply with legal obligations.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: to keep the Site working and remember your preferences; to understand how the Site is used through analytics; and to support our advertising.

For analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors find and use the Site so we can improve it. For advertising, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads tags. These measure the results of our ads, allow us to show relevant ads to people who have visited the Site (retargeting), and help us reach similar audiences. These tools set cookies and share certain information about your visit and device with Google and Meta.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through Google's Ads Settings and Meta's ad preferences. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions. When you first visit the Site, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Analytics and advertising tags do not run until you accept, and you can change your choice at any time through the banner's preferences link.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as needed to run our business:

• With service providers who work on our behalf, such as our booking provider (Boulevard), payment processors, our gift card provider, email or communications tools, website hosting and analytics providers (including Google Analytics), and advertising partners (Google and Meta). They may use the information only to perform services for us, except that advertising partners may use it as described in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section.
• For legal and safety reasons, such as to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, and safety of our guests, staff, and business.
• In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Because we use advertising pixels (the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags), some privacy laws treat this as "sharing" or "selling" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described in the Your Privacy Rights section and through Google's and Meta's ad settings.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your membership and history, comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct it, to request deletion, and to opt out of marketing communications and, where applicable, certain analytics or advertising cookies. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (for example California) may have additional rights, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding. To opt out of targeted advertising, you can use your browser cookie controls and the ad settings offered by Google and Meta.

Any health information you share is used only to provide safe and appropriate spa services. As a spa, we are generally not a HIPAA-covered health care provider, but we treat this information as confidential and limit access to staff who need it to serve you.

If you opt in, we may send you emails or texts about promotions, events, and news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, by replying STOP to texts where offered, or by contacting us. We will still send you messages necessary for your bookings and account.

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Spa services for minors are handled in person under our minor and guardian-consent policy.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as our booking and gift card providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them. Please review their policies before providing information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The version posted on the Site with the most recent Effective Date governs. Material changes will be effective when posted, and we encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
