What to Expect

Your esthetician will begin with a conversation about your skin history, your goals, your current routine, and any concerns you would like to address. From there, you will receive a detailed examination of your skin using both visual assessment and advanced analysis tools to evaluate hydration, texture, tone, concerns, and overall skin health. The session closes with a personalized treatment recommendation and a tailored at-home regimen designed to support the results you are seeking.
It is helpful to arrive without makeup so your esthetician can fully assess your skin's natural condition, but please do not stress if you are coming straight from work or another commitment. Our team can gently cleanse your skin at the start of the session if needed.
Yes. Your esthetician will provide thoughtful, no-pressure recommendations based on what your skin truly needs, drawn from our carefully curated lineup of professional skincare products. You are never obligated to purchase. The goal is to give you a clear, honest understanding of your skin and the tools that would serve it best.
It is not required, but it is highly recommended for guests who are new to skincare, new to OO Spa, or who feel uncertain about which treatments are right for them. Investing thirty minutes in a Custom Skin Analysis ensures every subsequent service you book is the right one for your skin, saving you time, money, and the disappointment of a treatment that did not match your needs.
Skin changes with the seasons, with hormonal shifts, with age, with stress, and with the products you use. We recommend a Custom Skin Analysis at least once or twice a year to recalibrate your skincare plan. SKIN VIP and Ultimate Spa members are scheduled for one every six months as part of their membership, ensuring their skincare evolves alongside their skin.
